Our Warranties are limited to the original purchaser, with verified proof of purchase from American Bonsai or an authorized distributor. Our 5-Year Warranty covers against breakage or malfunction of the product under normal use due to defects in material. The first year of the 5-Year Warranty is unconditional and will cover any issue that may arise regardless of cause. At our discretion, we will replace or repair any defective American Bonsai product with the same or updated version at no cost to you. We will issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price if a repair or replacement is not possible. The product Warranty will become null and void if the product is misused, abused, tampered with, modified, disassembled, or if the product is repaired by anyone other than American Bonsai. Tool maintenance and sharpening does not void warranty. Our Warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any or all uses of American Bonsai Tools.
