Shipping & Return Policies

We ship via USPS. We charge you what the USPS charges for shipping. You can look at the rates on their website by following this link. USPS Pricing.

Once an order is placed it will take us 1-3 business days to package your order and get your item shipped. We rely on the USPS to pick up your package and to get it delivered on time.

  • Priority Mail takes 1-3 business day to be delivered.
  • International Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days to be delivered.
  • International First Class Mail takes longer.

Shipping Policy

It is on you to provide the correct shipping address. If an item is marked delivered but it did not get delivered to your address and you provided the wrong address, we can not refund you.

If an item is deemed undeliverable by the postal service based on address and it is returned to us, you may have your item reshipped to you with the correct address after paying for the new shipping label.

International

Along with the above statement under Shipping Policy, these other rules will apply to international.

We will ship any item to any country, but it is your responsibility to know your countries customs and import laws. We will not package or try to mislead customs in anyway. That is highly illegal and we will not respond to those requests.

If you order something from outside the United States, it will take time to reach you. We ask for your patients. If your item gets held by your countries customs department and or destroyed, we will not be responsible and will not refund any part of that order.

After An Item Is Shipped

After an item is marked shipped, it is out of our hands. We do not control any shipping partners. If your item is not arriving on time, we can not help you. You are better off placing a where is my package request through the United States Postal Service. https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm

If you would like to provide us with the claims number we can watch it along with you. When the item is deemed lost by the shipping partner we will be happy to refund the payments and then we we will file our insurance claim with the shipping partner.

Emailing us and getting angry with us, is not going to help to get your package to you any sooner. It will make us less hesitant to do business with you in the future.

Returns

Returns

We will be happy to except returns on unopen and unused tools and supplies for a period of 30 days after purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return for a refund or exchange for a different item, shipping will be on you. If however the items are damaged, we will pay for shipping.
